Q: How many kids can play on the bouncy castles at any one time?
A: Our bouncy castles are crafted from high quality PVC material. The 3-3.5m range bouncy castles can fit 10-15 kids, or 200 kg total. The 4.5m range bouncy castles can fit 15-20 kids, or 300 kg total, a whole class of kids! They can fit adults too.
Q: Can the bouncy castles be outdoors?
A: Yes, outdoor placement comes with a surcharge as we'll be doing cleaning and maintenance works of the bouncy castles after an outdoor event.
Q: What should I do if it rains during the booking period if it's outdoors?
A: Immediately turn off the power from the main power plug to prevent electrical hazards. If it's a light rain, you can wipe down the rainwater from the bouncy castle when the rain stops. If it's a heavy rain, the bouncy castle likely can't be played on anymore.
Q: Any other surcharge?
A: Just one more – if your event area has no lift access and our team is required to carry the bouncy castle up the stairs. Our bouncy castles are of top grade quality and thus very heavy, so we'll cater for manpower for that.
Q: When is the latest that I should confirm a bouncy castle booking?
A: You can confirm as late as the day before – as long as it's available. But it'd better to be as early as you can, so that the bouncy castle design that you want will still be available at your event's date and time.
Q: What do I need to provide for the bouncy castle?
A: A normal 13amp power point. Clear area all around the bouncy castle, safe from electrical, water sources and sharp edges for the safety of the children.
