What’s the maximum weight limit for each car?

Unlike our Kids Bumper Car Ride, the Animal Rides can hold a lot of weight, even an adult and a kid at any one time - just like the rides you're familiar with in the malls.

Where can the Animal Rides be rode on?

Hard surfaces - such as concrete, asphalt roads, tiled, wooden floor - are definitely OK. Softer surfaces such as carpet, grass are not advisable as the rides might move slower.
How long can the Animal Rides last before running out of battery?

From our experience, it can last at least 3 hours, even 4 hours at some past events.
What if the Animal Rides run out of batteries during my booking hours?

We provide spare batteries for each event so that they can be swapped in with the depleted batteries if that happens.
Can I request for help to swap the batteries or troubleshoot the Animal Rides?

Yes, you can request for a crew to be at your event to handle all things related to the Animal Rides, including guiding the kids on how to use. It is recommended to ensure the usage of rides is smooth throughout your whole event.
