How many kids can play on the bouncy castles at any one time?
The weight limit of each bouncy castle is indicated within their respective pages. As a guide, the bouncy castles within 3.5m size can fit 200 kg, or around 10-15 kids. Th larger bouncy castles within 4.5m size can fit 300 kg, or around15-20 kids.
Can the bouncy castles be outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor placement comes with a surcharge. However if the bouncy doesn’t get dirty and if it doesn’t rain during the event, it’ll be refunded to you immediately after the event. We take good care of all our bouncy castles and proper cleaning and maintenance is needed if it gets dirty at outdoor play.
What should I do if it rains during the booking period?
Immediately turn off the power from the main power plug to prevent electrical hazards. You can leave the bouncy castle there untouched. If it’s merely a light rain and you would like to continue after the rain stops, simply wipe down the bouncy castle till it’s dry. If it’s a heavy rain, the bouncy castle likely can’t be played on anymore.
Any other surcharge?
Just one more – if your event area has no lift access and our team is required to carry the bouncy castle up with their bare hands. Our bouncy castles are of top grade quality and thus very heavy, so we’ll cater for manpower for that.
When is the latest that I should confirm a bouncy castle booking?
You can confirm as late as the day before – as long as it’s available. We’ll gladly bring fun to as many kids as we can! But, it’d better to be as early as you can, so that the bouncy castle design that you want will still be available at your event’s date and time.
What do I need to provide for the bouncy castle?
A normal 13amp power point. Clear area all around the bouncy castle, safe from electrical, water sources and sharp edges
