What sizes of Rainbow Ball Pit do you do?
We have some default sizes, simply browse our Rainbow Ball Pit product pages to choose the sizes! 100% flexible and customisable to your space. If the size you want isn’t available for choosing, simply send us a message. We do even L-shape Ball Pit!
Can the Rainbow Ball Pit be outdoors?
Unfortunately, outdoor setups are not suitable for this. You can consider Bouncy Castles for outdoors.
How long does it take to set up and dismantle the Rainbow Ball Pit?
Setting up each Rainbow Ball Pit typically requires at least 30 minutes. Our team will arrive about 1-1.5hr before your booking start time to ensure everything is ready to go. Dismantling usually takes 30-45 minutes.
How safe are your Rainbow Ball Pit?
Our ball pits are constructed with high-quality, non-toxic, and odorless materials. They are designed to be durable, ensuring they can withstand the energetic play of children. The balls used are food-grade, safe to the point even if kids happen to put them in their mouths (we would of course strongly discourage this practice).
When is the latest that I should confirm a booking?
Do confirm at least 5 days in advanced so we can prepare the logistics for your Rainbow Ball Pit booking. But if you’re in even urgent need, do reach out to us on WhatsApp for quicker response.
Any surcharge that I need to know?
Just one – if your event area has no lift access and our team is required to carry the logistics up to your event venue manually. We’ll cater for manpower for that.
